Archmere Girls' Basketball Defeats Ursuline 45-36 on the Road

At Ursuline's Laffey-McHugh Gymnasium on February 2nd, the Archmere girls basketball team took on the Raiders in an exciting matchup in front of a spirited crowd. Ursuline took a three-point lead over Archmere seconds into the second half, but the Auks responded with the next 10 points and went on to a 45-36 win over the Raiders.
In a back and forth battle, most of the Auks’ scoring came from closer to the basket. Bridget Malloy '26 finished with 22 points and 10 rebounds, and she also led the Auks with six assists and three blocked shots. Ellie DeLuca '27 had eight points and five rebounds, along with two blocks.

The Auks, now 9-3, will play MOT at home on Wednesday at 6:00pm and Howard on Friday on the road at 4:45pm.
