Students Recognized at the Business Professionals of America National Leadership Conference in Nashville

Students from Archmere Academy’s Business Professionals of America (BPA) chapter were among the thousands of attendees representing chapters from across the country at the 2026 BPA National Leadership Conference in Nashville, held May 6–10.
While in Nashville, students competed in BPA’s Workplace Skill Assessment Program events, which cover business administration, finance, digital communication and design, information technology, health administration, and management and marketing. Conference participants also attended leadership workshops, connected with students and business professionals from around the world, and celebrated achievement through BPA’s national awards program.
Founded and led by Angela Zhang ’26, Archmere Academy’s BPA chapter has rapidly expanded since its creation and continues to grow both competitively and in student involvement. This year, Angela also served as the BPA National Virtual Chapter President, representing students nationwide in the organization’s virtual chapter program.
At the 2026 National Leadership Conference, the following Archmere students earned national recognition:
Iyanna Flores ’27 – Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity (Top 10), Health Administration Concepts (2nd Place)
Sonakshi Gowda ’29 – Management, Marketing, and Human Resources Concepts (Top 10)
Sophie Wang ’27 – Computer Programming Concepts (Top 10), Digital Marketing Concepts (Top 10), National Torch Awards Ambassador
Angela Zhang ’26 – Administrative Support Concepts (5th Place), Digital Marketing Concepts (2nd Place), Fundamental Word Processing (4th Place).
Emma Zhang ’29 – Digital Communications and Design Concepts (5th Place), Parliamentary Procedures Concepts (Top 10)
