Congratulations and welcome, new Auks! We are delighted that you have decided to join our community, and we look forward to journeying with you over the next few years and beyond. This website includes some important resources for you and your family.
Please review the contents and make note of the deadlines for those items that must be completed and sent back to Archmere. We also have many events scheduled for you and your parents as we welcome our newest Auks! We will be sure to reach out with any updates to the calendar.

Who should I contact for specific questions?

Where do I find out about books and textbooks?
Books can be ordered online AFTER students receive their schedules. Detailed information will be included with each student’s schedule. Textbook information will also be available on the My Archmere portal. Please note: for Pennsylvania residents, Archmere offers the PA Book Program and detailed information will be emailed to all Pennsylvania students with their schedules. -
Do I need to purchase school supplies?
Generally, students need a notebook for each class, as well as pens and pencils. Teachers will provide specific lists of any additional supplies on the first day of school. Please note: All students are required to purchase a TI 84 Plus calculator (TI 84 Plus CE is preferred, but Plus Silver Edition is also acceptable). Calculators are available at Amazon, Best Buy, Target, etc. Pennsylvania students may be able to secure a calculator through the PA Book Program. -
How do I select my world language and elective choice and find information on courses?
Your Elective and World Language Choice Form is due by May 7. Please contact Mr. Dougherty, Director of Academics, to answer questions regarding registration and scheduling policies and practices.

How do I purchase school uniforms?
Uniforms can be purchased at Flynn & O’Hara at www.flynnohara.com. Students are required to wear uniforms for the first day of school. Flynn & O’Hara representatives will be on campus at the May 7th Spring Orientation. Save the Date - Orientation Measuring Event May 7

How do I see Summer Reading lists?
The updated summer reading lists will be posted to the Parent and Student Resouces pages in MyArchmere.

I am planning on playing a fall sport. Where do I get more information?
Students can learn more about fall sports by visiting www.aukssports.com and select your sport for more information.
All student athletes must have their Magnus Health form and concussion test confirmation for Student Eligibility completed online by August 1.

World Language and Cultures Students Travel to France
Annual trips offered by Archmere include the French Exchange Program, a global opportunity for students to immerse themselves into the French world, live with host families, and spend two weeks touring and enjoying the richness of French culture. From June 3–16, twelve Archmere students and two teachers traveled to France to take part in an exchange program with our partner school, Lycée Saint Vincent, located in Senlis. This trip was a continuation of the exchange that began in February, when students from Saint Vincent visited and stayed with Archmere families.Read More -
Archmere Hosts Pre-College Artificial Intelligence Program
From June 16-27, Archmere hosted a pre-college AI program, hosted by Inspirit on campus, taught by Shreya Parchure, BSE, MSE and MD/PhD candidate from the University of Pennsylvania. In the first half of the program, students learned AI’s core technologies including applications, foundational concepts, and programming tools through live in person or online classes and collaborative mini-projects. By the second week, students completed a mentor-led AI for Social Good project where they applied the programming skills developed in Part 1. Students also attended workshops aimed to provide inspiration for college essays and AI-related careers.Read More -
Kellyn Williams '26 Participates in Carnegie Mellon Summer Academy
Read MoreThis summer Kellyn Williams ’26 is participating in the Summer Academy of Math and Science (SAMS), one of two merit based and fully funded programs at Carnegie Mellon. The program aims to provide students from a variety of racial, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds with advanced STEM and research opportunities that would normally only be offered to CMU undergraduate students. -
Spring Athletes, Teams Earn Postseason Awards

Golf Team Wins State Championship
Read MoreOn May 27th, Archmere earned its second straight DIAA Golf State Championship in a one-round contest. Held at St. Anne's Golf Links in Middletown, the second day of competition was canceled due to torrential rain. Following the DIAA manual, the tournament was declared official after 18 holes, and Archmere the winner of a second consecutive team championship, on the strength of their outstanding first day golf performances. Sophomore Hannah Webb earned the girls individual crown with a 1-over-par 71.
