Congratulations and welcome, new Auks! We are delighted that you have decided to join our community, and we look forward to journeying with you over the next few years and beyond. This website includes some important resources for you and your family.

Please review the contents and make note of the deadlines for those items that must be completed and sent back to Archmere. We also have many events scheduled for you and your parents as we welcome our newest Auks! We will be sure to reach out with any updates to the calendar.

  • Five Students Invited to DE Governor's School for Arts

    Congratulations to Archmere sophomores Evelyn Goodrick, Lauren Nguyen, Sophia Silverman, Annie Shaposky, and Jessica Li for earning spots in this summer's very prestigious Governor's School for Excellence. The Delaware Governor's School for Excellence is a one-week summer program that brings together academically and artistically talented Delaware high school students who have completed their sophomore year.

    The Archmere softball team bounced back in a big way Wednesday afternoon, dominating Christiana High School in an 18-4 victory. After suffering a tough two-run loss in its previous outing, Archmere responded with one of its strongest offensive performances of the season. The Auks have now recorded six wins by 10 runs or more this year.

    The Archmere Academy baseball team continued its strong late-season run on Tuesday, earning a 4–0 victory over the St. Elizabeth Vikings and extending its winning streak to four games.

  • Kathrine Wang '27 Receives the Michael Curcio '06 Emerging Artist Scholarship Award

    Archmere art student Kathrine Wang '27 has been named the recipient of the annual Michael Curcio '06 Emerging Artist Scholarship Award for her commitment to the study of art, outstanding portfolio, and originally conceived sketchbook. Kathrine was selected for the award by several art alumni who helped jury the entries: Joe MIlligan '74, Vince LaCava '87, and Mark Smith '86. Kathrine's work was recently highlighted at the Archmere Fine Arts Festival on April 24th.

  • Track and Field Team Competes at New Castle County Championships

    Last Thursday and Saturday, the Archmere track and field team competed at the New Castle County Championships at Abessinio Stadium. The girls placed 5th, which was an improvement from the 7th place finish in 2025, while the boys placed 8th, which was an improvement from the 17th place finish last year.

By May 6:
Ο  Complete your Course Request Form. Please scan or mail the course form back to Mr. Tim Dougherty:

Please contact Mr. Dougherty, Director of Academics, to answer questions regarding registration and scheduling policies and practices.
 
By May 15:
Ο  Visit your Finalsite portal and submit your Transportation Forms 

By August 1:
Ο  Complete the Magnus Health form  (The Magnus Form must be filled out, even if your student is not playing a sport) and upload your student's concussion test confirmation for Sports Eligibility. Complete your DIAA forms.

By August 15: 
Ο  Create your MyKidsSpending account using the student ID that was provided in your Welcome Email to add funds for SAGE Dining Services 

By August 18:
Ο Please complete the Parent Needs Survey from our counseling office. If you have any questions or concerns with the form, please reach out to Ms. Danyele Dove.

Ο  Set up your Archmere accounts: Log in to your Archmere email account and set up your MyArchmere account. Student Account Instructions can be found here. Student accounts will not be available until after July 15th.
